Our commitment to you does not end at delivery time, what we offer here is to create a comfortable & well-pleasing shopping experience.
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from they were delivered, free-of-charge and no questions asked.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a return or refund within 14 days after you sign for it. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags attached and comply with the following requirements. Please note that you also need to provide your purchase proof to us.

Please take into consideration that we only accept eligible returns but not exchanges.

We’ll initiate the refund once we confirm the condition of the item you return. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed.

Please note shipping costs are not refundable. Gift, E-gift cards, and Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded, either.


1) We accept return(s) if:

  • You receive a product different from your order; or
  • You receive a defective product.
  • If you receive any wrong/damaged/defective item(s), please send us an email at with your order number, the item(s) number and attach the proof of pictures of the defective part of the item(s). Our staff will handle it within 3 working days.

If your return request is approved by our staff, we will be responsible for return shipments & costs.

2) We do not accept return(s) if:

  • You are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
  • You are returning clothes or any other accessories that are labeled as Final Sale
  • The products are damaged due to your mishandling
  • Your return request is not approved by our staff

3) If there is a missing item from your order:

  • Contact our customer service center via email within 1 day of delivery.
  • Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags, etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.
  • Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.



Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange options at the moment.

Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit the website to submit a new order for your new items.



An item is eligible for cancellation if:

  • You posted a Return request within 30 minutes of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center or email or
  • The order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
  • The ordered item is out of stock; or
  • Pre-orders can be canceled at any time (if they are not processed).
