If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a return or refund within 14 days after you sign for it. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags attached and comply with the following requirements. Please note that you also need to provide your purchase proof to us. We will send you a return shipping label, which you must use when sending your item. Once we have received the returned item we will refund your money.
We’ll initiate the refund once we confirm the condition of the item you return.
If you receive any wrong/damaged/defective item(s), please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number, the item(s) number and attach the proof of pictures of the defective part of the item(s). Our staff will handle it within 3 working days.
If your return request is approved by our staff, we will be responsible for return shipments & costs.

Processing a return with a company provided label
Return labels will be provided only for damaged or defective products within the policy time.
Securely pack your item(s) in your original box or another box. Ensure labels are removed if you use the original box.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange options at the moment. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit the website to submit a new order for your new items.
An item is eligible for cancellation if:
You posted a Return request within 30 minutes of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center or email: firstname.lastname@example.org or
The order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
The ordered item is out of stock; or
Pre-orders can be canceled at any time (if they are not processed).
Any refunds will be processed via the original form of payment.
PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.
Credit Card: Your refund will be credited into a bank account designated by you. Please note funds return may take a few business days to clear after refund confirmation.
